Easy High-Protein Ice Cream
If you're like me, ice cream is on your mind as the weather gets warmer ... or colder or rainier or exists. Ice cream is delicious but traditionally full of empty calories, so if you scream for ice cream in all weather, you might be looking for an alternative. Well here it is!
This recipe is insanely easy and you might even have all the ingredients already in your fridge.
- 1/4 cup of blueberries
- 1/2 cup of frozen Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop of protein powder
Simply throw it all in a blender and blend until smooth. You can substitute whatever fruit you want and garnish with other fruit or nuts or chia seeds or whatever you want!
